Dance Fitness Classes
Put on your dancing shoes! Tap dancing is a great way to develop a keen sense of rhythm and balance while staying active. Since the 19th century, this percussive dance style has been used as a form of expression and to retain cultural identities when they were otherwise suppressed.
Please be sure to bring a water and a towel.
Attire: Comfortable clothing such as track pants, spandex leggings, T-Shirt, or short sleeve.
Shoes: Adult Tap Shoes Optional.
