Balance and Stability (B,I,A)
While incorporating various pieces of equipment you will be challenged in your coordination and mental acuity. You will be led through a series of training activities which will help you maintain balance and improve strength and flexibility.
Barre Sculpt (B,I,A) - A dynamic workout incorporating dance inspired moves. Through a unique series of exercises and movement, set to music, this barefoot training is designed to develop long lean muscles, enhance flexibility and improve balance. All fitness levels welcome.
Broadway Jazz (B,I,A $) - Learning Broadway style dances that you would typically see in a Broadway production.
Cardio Blast (B,I,A)
Low impact, high-energy aerobics to get you in gear for total body workout.
Optimal musculoskeletal performance – strength, flexibility and endurance – without risking injury or building bulk and with a focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and breathing. The result: a balanced and aligned body that feels revitalized and moves with ease.
Deep Water Fitness
Deep water classes provide an opportunity to receive a cardiovascular workout without impact on the joints. When suspended up to the chest in water, 75%-90% of the body's weight is cancelled. Water buoyancy supports your weight, and moving through the water provides resistance, which in turn strengthens the muscles. Please bring your own water belt.
Gentle Yoga (B,I,A)
Specializes in helping individuals learn basics of yoga and meditation. The goal is to restore balance, inner peace and reduce stress.
Hatha Yoga (B,I,A)
This class focuses on yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation to achieve balance between mind and body. Improve flexibility and concentration as well as foster relaxation.
Hip Opening Yoga Stretch (B,I,A)
This class is designed to focus on your lower back, hips and hamstrings bringing freedom to your lower body. All levels welcome
Line Dancing (B,I,A)
Join other dancers and learn some fun Line Dances or just come for the great exercise. Our Line Dance classes are not just “Country Line Dances”. We just call it “Line Dancing” for a reason. We play Great Music of all the Genres. You never need a partner but you can bring all your friends and have a lot of fun and good exercise without knowing it.
Mat Pilates (I,A)
Class is based on principles and essential exercises of contemporary Pilates mat work. Floor exercises are designed to use the body' s core. Focus on proper alignment and movement patterns through the spine, pelvis and shoulders.
Parkinson’s Foundation Exercise Class (B) – This class is designed to improve posture, strength and balance for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. It is also great for those with other movement disorders.
Power Body Sculpt (B,I,A)
Sculpt your body to perfection with this amazing strength training class. A little cardio and toning make for a strong body. We utilize steps, weights and bands for a full body workout.
Power Yoga (I,A)
Power yoga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. It focuses on powerful movements flowing from one pose to the next. This type of yoga is good for people who want to add flexibility, balance and concentration to a well rounded exercise routine.

SilverSneakers® BOOM Mind (B/I/A)
Strength. Confidence. Flexibility. Mind takes the best from yoga and Pilates and combines them into one fusion class. Designed to relax the body and mind with peaceful music and invigorating movements. The focus of this class is on core muscles, lower body strength and balance.
SilverSneakers® BOOM Move it (B/I/A)
A higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE IT is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout.
SilverSneakers® Cardio (B,I,A) - Get Up & Go with an aerobics class for you- safe, heart- healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low- impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
SilverSneakers® Classic (B,I,A)
Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair for seated and or standing supports.
SilverSneakers® Circuit (I,A)
A more intense SilverSneakers workout, including standing nonimpact choreography designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance with standing upper body strength work.
SilverSneakers® Yoga (B,I,A)
Move the whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Full body flexibility exercises designed to increase mobility, improve posture, and reduce stress and body aches. Standing, seated, and floor stretches included.
Tai-Chi is a low-impact class that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied with deep breathing. It is a gentle way to fight stress, reduce anxiety and increase flexibility and balance.
