In a world where many people live alone and away from family and friends, social isolation puts individuals at risk for declined health and inactivity. In this session, you will learn how to design a life where you can expand on your interests and pick new ones that give you energy, pleasure and purpose. You will be introduced to new tools and suggestions that can be implemented right now as you look forward to a healthier lifespan. It is simpler than you think.
