Description

How old would you be if you did not know when you were born? What does age tell us about a person? Is age an attitude? The way we think about aging has a profound effect in our lives. Through discussion, we will explore such topics as ageism, cognitive distortion negativity, bias, perfectionism and reminisce in order to cut through the tangle of self-defeating thinking that can keep us from embracing growth when aging.
