ACE Presents:Respite, Refresh, Renew- Self-Care for Caregivers

We have all heard the expression “if you have your health, you have everything”. That being the case, where do caregivers find the time to take care of their loved one and themselves? They have to balance the roller coaster feelings of love, guilt, anger sadness and more. This presentation will explore what keeps us from letting go, accepting and taking care of ourselves. The journey will cover the tenets of positive psychology to manage the stress. By interactive exercises, participants will build a plan for coping the stress and issues.
