TRAINING FOR VACATION Learn tips for becoming better fit for travel. What are some of the equipment available (ie: compression hose for comfort and safety)? Learn ways to get the most out of your vacation from planning through exploring and home again. Diet, medications and endurance among other things will be discussed.
