A Star on Broadway

Join Fred, from real-life memory, details the tale of a young refugee from the Holocaust, with lots of Chutzpah who made his debut, opening a store on Broadway in midtown Manhattan. He will tell you about the kooks, nuts and gonnifs, from the famous to the infamous that entered his hallowed emporium. This story is told with humor and lots of tongue-in-cheek. It is the true story of the plight of immigrants trying to make new lives for themselves and their families in this new haven, America.
